This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.zerolimitssupplements.com (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Refunds and Returns Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
All prices on the Website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), shipping and GST costs are calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 3 business days from date of order. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched within the next 3 business days.
Order processing and dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During peak periods, sale events and major promotions, dispatch may take longer. We will let you know if we expect a significant delay.
We reserve the right to dispatch an order in multiple shipments. We will not charge you additional delivery fees for doing so.
2. CARRIERS
We ship using Australia Post. We may, at our discretion, use StarTrack or an alternative courier where we consider it appropriate (for example, for larger orders or particular destinations).
3. SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable shipping charge is in addition to the price of the products.
4. DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
We deliver to addresses throughout Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as published by Australia Post and depend on your location and the service selected at checkout. As a general guide:
- Metropolitan areas: approximately 2 - 6 business days once dispatched
- Regional and remote areas: please refer to Australia Post's estimated delivery times
Delivery time frames are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed by us. Up-to-date estimates are available at auspost.com.au.
5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to selected international destinations. Available destinations, services and charges are shown at checkout.
For international orders you acknowledge and agree that:
- Customs, duties and taxes: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, customs charges, GST/VAT and other taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping charge you pay us, and we have no control over them. We recommend you check your country's import rules before ordering.
- Customs delays: Parcels may be delayed, inspected or held by customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Refused or unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is refused, returned or destroyed by customs or because import charges are unpaid, we are not obliged to refund the shipping charge, and any product refund (if applicable) will be net of costs we incur.
- Delivery times: International delivery times vary widely by destination and are estimates only.
Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import into certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order can be lawfully imported into your destination country.
6. TRACKING
Where tracking is available for your chosen service, we will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
7. DELIVERY, RISK AND TITLE
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, or on collection. We recommend you select a service with tracking and, where available, a signature on delivery.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or delivered to the wrong place because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failure to collect, or a refused delivery, you may be charged a further shipping fee to have the order re-sent.
Where a carrier records an order as delivered or leaves it in a safe place or with a nominated neighbour or collection point in accordance with the delivery instructions, that order is treated as delivered.
8. LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@zerolimitssupplements.com so we can help.
Please inspect your order on delivery and report any shortage, damage, or incorrect item to us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the product and packaging where the issue is damage or an incorrect item. How we handle these issues is set out in our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery to the extent they are caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, industrial action, severe weather, natural disasters, or stock being unavailable. We will let you know as soon as reasonably practicable if your delivery is affected.
