Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Once dispatched, most Australian metro orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Regional areas may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to New Zealand, if you need shipping to another country reach out to sales@zerolimitssupplements.com and we can see what we can do. Some athletic sport products cannot be shipped internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us and we will do what we can to alter it. Once it has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Get in contact within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@zerolimitssupplements.com and we will sort it.

Why was Zero Limits created?

Zero Limits was built by people who served, for people who carry weight others put down. The supplement category runs on hype and filler. We wanted the opposite: operator-grade formulas, honest dosing, and a standard that respects the work.

Are your supplements designed specifically for first responders?

They are built for first responders, veterans, lifters and anyone who trains and works under load. The formulas are made for real output and long shifts, not just the gym. If you demand performance you can stand behind, they are built for you.

Can I use your products while on operational duty?

Our products are sports supplements, not medication, and many operators use them day to day. That said, you know your role and your rules better than we do. If you are on operational duty, subject to drug testing, or have any medical condition, check with your medical officer, doctor, or chain of command before use, and review the ingredient panel on each product.

Returns & Guarantees

Can I return an opened product?

No. We cannot accept a return or exchange for any product that has been opened or used. Unopened products may be eligible under our returns policy.

What if I do not like the flavour?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened tubs, so if a flavour is not your thing, pass it to a mate or your family to put to use. Pick a different flavour next order.
